An update for our Pretzelmaker Fans

Thank you to our customers and local communities for your loyalty and continued support. The safety and well-being of our team, customers, and communities remain our top priority. As state and local governments begin to ease restaurant restrictions, we continue taking steps to ensure safe and comfortable environments for everyone.

We are monitoring updates from public health officials and government agencies including the CDC, and the WHO, as well as the National Restaurant Association, and will continue to adjust our guest experience based on their guidance.

Now more than ever, we want you to feel safe and comfortable, even if that means providing you with your favorite Pretzels, Bites and Lemonades in a way that may look a little different than it has in the past. We continue to empower our franchise locations with the resources they need to provide a safe, healthy environment for all customers and employees. Pretzelmaker has high standards for sanitation, and we have a health training program to ensure these standards are upheld at all locations. These standards include, but are not limited to, proper handwashing, employees never coming to work when ill, team members wearing face masks, and availability of hand sanitizers for employees and guests.

As we continue to closely monitor the local and state restrictions, you can still enjoy fresh Pretzels and Pretzel Bites, as many of our locally owned stores remain open for carryout and delivery. Please call your local store to place an order. Or, find us on your local delivery app to have Pretzelmaker delivered. Many of our locations are now offering curbside pickup and contactless delivery services to help keep you safe. These offerings vary by location, so we recommend you reach out to your local store for more information. If you are placing the order through one of our third-party delivery partners such as DoorDash®, Grubhub®, or Uber Eats®, we suggest reaching out to them directly regarding their contactless options and process.
